  • Implemented dynamic dialogue systems, engaging player interactions, and audio integration using Blueprint in UE5.
  • Developed eye-catching stylized shaders, post-processing effects, and visuals for characters, texts, cutscenes, and the environment.
  • Employ agile software development to determine objectives and progress.

Design Goal

As the design team of The Moment, we aimed to craft a unique experience that captures the subtle feelings, and explored the inner worlds of everyday people . Our goal was to create a narrative-driven puzzle game that would immerse players in relatable characters and engaging situations.

Prototype

In The Moment, players enter the minds of different characters, listening to their inner voices and experiencing their emotions in a way that promotes empathy and understanding. The game mechanics revolve around changing the characters' focus and helping them concentrate on things that bring them joy, as part of the game's objective. The characters are intentionally diverse yet relevant, gradually scaling up the perspective and fitting together like puzzle pieces to form a complete story. We have also designed the visuals and sound to communicate and reinforce various emotions.
